Fully designed for aggressive female riders, the K2 MissBehaved ski is a soft-snow pro for backcountry adventures and epic powder days at the resort. Torsion Box design utilizes a Triaxial-braided wood core to create a high degree of responsiveness, forgiveness and energy transfer. Bioflex core combines fir and spruce to create a ski that is stable and predictable underfoot, while maintaining light and soft tips and tails. Rather than simply layer different types of wood, the Bioflex core fuses completely different cores together at the tip and tail. Bamboo stringer running down the center increases core strength without adding cumbersome weight. Triaxial braiding wraps interlocking fiberglass around the ski's wood core, creating a strong, lightweight ski with optimum torsional stiffness. Progressive sidecut features different curve shapes along different parts of the ski more aggressive in the tip, less aggressive in the tail. Progressive sidecut results in confident, quick initiation in hard snow and easy release in crud and powder. Sidewall construction creates a direct transfer of power through the ski; dense ABS plastic in the sidewalls is very durable and resistant to moisture. Wide 98mm waist and blunt, rounded tip and tail maximize flotation in deep powder snow. Twin-tip design lets you ride and land jumps backwards. Beefy 3.5mm steel edges, metal tip plates and metal tail rivets withstand hard landings and big impacts on the mountain. Features women-specific asymmetric graphics. Requires bindings with wide brakes. |
