Year-to-year most skis endure nothing more than a cosmetic graphics change, but Line completely redesigned their freestyle and all-terrain Blend ski with a new G-Force geometry. What that means is that you'll find the tightest turn radius in the tail of the five-radius sidecut, giving you exceptional turn radius options at any point in your turn, which is everything you need for busting out amazing tricks. The refined G-Force design also gives you amazingly predictable control through turn exits, potentially resulting in more confidence and hopefully fewer botched landings and other less-than-stellar tricks. Line did keep some stuff the same, including the durable and lightweight maple Macroblock core, and their proven Fatty base and edge design that toughens up the ski without dragging down the swing weight. If performance is everything, but you don't mind the added bonus of increased stability and turn versatility, the Blend Ski is your trick stick of the season--especially when you're going places where you can't afford to make mistakes.
